Garrit Soney | Director of Operations
Garrit and his wife Jane moved to Colorado in March of 2023 after feeling called to help with church planting efforts in Englewood. Originally from Greenville, NC, the Soneys spent six years living in central North Carolina before making the move west. Jane is a registered nurse, and together they enjoy spending time outdoors, playing board games, attending sporting events, and traveling. They are also excited to welcome their first child in the fall of 2025.
Andrew Wiser | Director of Worship
Andrew grew up in Oregon and moved out to Colorado in 2017 to study music at Colorado Christian University where he met his wife, Tarah. He met JP at Deer Creek Church while interning there for a year and a half before joining the church plant. Andrew and his wife both enjoy rock climbing, frequenting their favorite coffee shops, and going on adventures with their dog, Luna.
JonPaul Watson | Pastor
JonPaul (JP) met his wife Carrie in Richmond, VA. After tying the knot in 2007, they moved to St. Louis, MO, and JP began his studies at Covenant Seminary. A few more moves and four kids later (Lucy, Judah, Luke, and Jane), the Watsons planted roots in Greenville, NC, where JP worked as a pastor and Carrie began her degree in library sciences. Feeling called to church planting, the Watsons accepted a residency with the Western Church Planting Network and moved out to Englewood. The whole crew loves music, books, podcasts, and dinners/hangouts that go long into the evening.
